Enchique Payment Method Terms and Conditions

For the benefit of our customers and designers, we offer the option of using Enchique as a payment method. This provides an additional layer of security for customers, ensuring their payment is safe and will only be transferred to the designer once they receive the product. Designers can also rest assured that their earnings are secure and protected.

  1. Transaction Process:

    A. The designer will raise an invoice for the product or service provided in the "Payment" section under "My Proposal"

    B. The customer will pay the invoice in the "Payment" section under "My Job Postings".

  2. Receipt and Payment Security:

    A. Upon receipt of payment, a receipt will be generated and made available for download for both parties.

    B. Enchique uses secure payment methods to ensure your payment information is protected.

  3. Release of Payment:

    A. Enchique will hold the payment until the customer receives the product.

    B. Once the customer approves the working status for "Final Delivery" the payment will be released after a 10% commission is charged as a security charge.

    C. Designers can rest assured that their earnings are secure and protected.

  4. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

    A. These terms and conditions apply to all designer and customer transactions.

    B. By entering into a transaction, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
